Mark Patterson

Co-Owner
Mark is Co-Owner, along with his brother, Greg, of PATCO Construction. PATCO is a family business started by Mark and his father, Irving, in 1985. A Sanford native, Mark graduated from the University of Maine in Orono with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Having been introduced to the construction industry from a young age, Mark has further refined his expertise in all phases of the process - from designing well thought out floor plans to determining what materials and features define a quality built home. Mark’s goal is to deliver comfortable homes - within budget - to Maine families, whether they’re first-time home buyers or more experienced homeowners.

Mark enjoys volleyball, boating, snowboarding, waterskiing, family time and traveling.

Steve Bourque

VP / Sales Director
Steve has served as Vice President of PATCO’s Residential Division and Sales Director for many years. Steve is usually the first team member that a perspective home buyer meets when they begin working with PATCO. He stays with the project from beginning to end, ensuring that entire experience is as stress free as possible and that the home owner is completely satisfied with the product PATCO delivers. Originally from New Brunswick, Canada, Steve has a degree in Marketing and is a licensed Realtor. He and his family are long-time Sanford residents and take great pride in the way the the community has grown.

An avid hockey player, Steve is a top ranking goalie in the Portland Senior Pirates, and has received many awards playing for other teams both in Maine and Canada.

Bollie Bollenbach

Chief Operating Officer
Bollie, a native of St. Paul, MN, lives in Cape Elizabeth. Prior to joining PATCO as its Chief Operating Officer, his construction career spanning over 25 years has seen him hold multiple executive, sales and operations-related positions within the industry. Bollie brings to PATCO significant experience in the management of multiple companies and different types of construction types. His place on the PATCO Team finds his focus on the people and PATCO’s approach to business. For Bollie, the most rewarding part of his work is helping individuals in the next generation to grow and succeed.

Bollie is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Tuck Business School. He enjoys power boating, golfing, cooking and reading. He’s also a big University of Michigan football fan!


Christopher Flury, CPA

Chief Financial Officer
Chris has served as PATCO’s Chief Financial Officer since 2016. Chris previously held the positions of Senior Auditor, Senior Director of Finance, Assistant Treasurer, VP Controller and VP Accounting & Finance for several companies in the real estate development, home building and construction industries. Originally from Seattle, he grew up in Ohio, spending time in Texas and Maryland before settling in Alfred, ME. Chris is a graduate of Franklin University, Columbus Ohio and is a big Ohio State Buckeyes fan! Chris enjoys being part of a great team that constantly strives to deliver a quality product. He brings his expertise in financial and accounting oversight to that effort.

An avid outdoorsman, Chris enjoys fishing and hiking. He and his wife share life with a menagerie that includes 3 dogs, a cat, a few parakeets and an ever expanding flock of chickens!

Rebecca Robbins

Residential Administrative Assistant
Rebecca has been PATCO’s Residential Administrative Assistant for the past year. A former Legal Assistant, Rebecca brings a variety administrative skills to her position. She works closely with both the Residential Team and homebuyers throughout every step of the building process. She has an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from McIntosh College.

When not hard at work, this Berwick native enjoys riding her motorcycle, camping, hunting, fishing, crafting, sewing, reading, and just spending time with family and friends. Rebecca’s husband is a 30+ year active member of the North Berwick Fire Department (currently a Captain), so she also spends time fundraising for the North Berwick Firefighter’s Auxiliary.

Matt Daly

Residential Project Manager
Matt joined the PATCO team this year, coming on board as a Residential Project Manager. With his degree in Architectural Design from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Matt brings with him expertise in home design and construction. His primary focus is on ensuring that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner, on budget, and meeting the high standard of quality the company demands.

Matt recently relocated to South Portland from Duxbury, Massachusetts. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling - including visiting family in Europe - drawing, painting and fishing.


Diana Pierce

Accounting Manager
Dianna has been with PATCO for over 17 years, making her one of the company’s longest serving team members. Diana not only juggles all of the tasks of the Accounting Manager for PATCO, but for all of its’s related companies as well. With her sharp eye for detail and dedication to research, she finds reconciling to be the most rewarding aspect of her work.

A resident of Waterboro, Diana came to Maine from California at age 10. When not immersed in numbers, Diana enjoys movies, camping and reading.

Shayna Haigh

Staff Accountant
Shayna is one of PATCO’s newest team members, celebrating her one-year anniversary with the company. Shayna is PATCO’s Staff Accountant, working closely with Diana. She places a high value on loyalty, dedication and responsibility - all traits that PATCO celebrates in its team members.

Shayna lives in Sanford where she focuses on being a mom and working tirelessly against “Fortnite” and the collapse of parenting!

Dakota Tarbox

Project Manager
Dakota is a Project Manager for the Residential team. Dakota’s responsibilities include overseeing the job site, contacting and coordinating sub-contractors, scheduling project phases, communicating with and creating relationships with home owners. He enjoys seeing the excitement expressed by customers as their new home takes shape.

Dakota graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in Business Management. A native Mainer, he’s an avid sports fan who loves summertime escapes to nearby beaches.

Matt McKenny

Residential Estimator
Matt McKenny is PATCO’s Residential Estimator. A University of Maine graduate, Matt contributes strong problem solving skills to the team. He’s responsible for putting together estimates, pricing, budgets, material acquisition and invoicing.

Matt calls Gorham home, and in his off hours enjoys fishing, 4- wheeling, and playing guitar.

Drew Shaw

Residential Drafter
Drew Shaw recently joined the PATCO Team as the Residential Drafter. A self-employed contractor in the residential building industry for 36 years, Drew was also an on-call firefighter for 18 years with the North Reading, Massachusetts Fire Department. He has 20 years of experience working with residential design software along with a thorough knowledge of building code and a technical background in all phases of construction. Drew uses his expertise to design new home concepts and help our home buyers with modifications
and new ideas.


A resident of Parsonsfield, Drew spends his off work hours riding ATV’s, motorcycles snowmobiles, traveling and hiking with his wife and three dogs.
